this is all well and gd but how can i support familie chat if certain peoplen cant use it eg:mine says i have a windows messenger childs account therefor cant use msn on my xbox 360
I checked this with Xbox customer support and they said they are aware of this issue and they are still investigating it. They said try contact them later in 72 hours or so.
